America Freedom Healthcare LLC operates https://americafreedomhealthcare.com ("the site"). We are an independent insurance brokerage. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicare or Medicaid.

Information you give us

When you complete the coverage review on this site, you provide:

  • Your state of residence
  • The number of people in your household who need coverage
  • Whether anyone in your household has a pre-existing condition that needs covering
  • When you are looking for coverage to begin
  • Your first name, last name, phone number and email address

What we never ask for

We do not collect your Social Security number, your date of birth, your income, or your medical records through this site. There is no account to create and no password to set. If a page claiming to be ours asks for any of these, it is not ours.

Information collected automatically

When you submit the form we record technical details that help us route your request and prevent abuse: your IP address, the page you submitted from, the page that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the URL (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid or fbclid).

We use these to understand which channels bring people to the site and to detect automated submissions. They are not used to build an advertising profile about you.

How we use your information

We use what you submit to:

  • Connect you with one licensed insurance advisor who can discuss coverage options
  • Contact you by phone, text or email about health coverage, including via automated technology, as described in the consent notice on the form
  • Respond to questions you send us
  • Detect and prevent fraudulent or automated submissions
  • Meet our obligations under applicable insurance and consumer protection law

Who we share it with

Your details are shared with one licensed insurance advisor for the purpose of discussing coverage with you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not distribute it to a network of agencies or lead buyers.

We also use service providers who process data strictly on our behalf — our hosting provider, our database provider, and the automation service that routes a submission to the assigned advisor. They may not use your information for their own purposes.

We may disclose information where required by law, by valid legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Your consent to be contacted

By submitting the form you agree that America Freedom Healthcare and its licensed advisors may contact you by phone, text or email about health coverage, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking the advisor to remove you, or emailing us at the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect coverage you have already enrolled in.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information, but you may exercise the opt-out in any case — see our Do Not Sell My Info page.

To make a request, email hello@americafreedomhealthcare.com with enough detail for us to locate your record. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Retention and security

We keep submissions for as long as needed to serve your request and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses only what it needs to function and to attribute a submission to the campaign it came from. Campaign parameters are stored in your browser's session storage and are cleared when you close the tab.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be signposted on the site.
